This is an individual activity. No previous experience is needed, but the weather at the start time is taken into account to keep everyone safe and make sure the session runs properly.

Sailing is a sport practised at sea: you handle a boat and its dynamics, using the wind through its sails.
It can be purely for pleasure — heading out for a sail — or competitive, with boats racing each other in regattas. Oddly enough, the winner of a regatta is not the boat with the most points, as in most sports, but the one with the fewest.
