What is scuba diving?
The scuba diving is the one for the curious. There is no better way to get to know the seabed and what it keeps to itself. You need no previous experience and no kit of your own.
You can do it alone or with friends. No previous experience is needed, but the weather at the start time is taken into account to keep everyone safe and make sure the dive goes well.

The Basque coast is a good place to dive in Bizkaia and to dive in Gipuzkoa. Hard to beat if this is your thing.

This kind of activity runs from March to October, because it depends on the weather to be run properly.
Diving safely
Did you know that the “oxygen” tanks are actually only about 20% oxygen? What professionals call an air cylinder holds ordinary air, only compressed. It is 20% oxygen and 80% nitrogen.
Nitrogen matters a great deal down there. How much your body absorbs depends on how deep you are , and past a certain depth — around 30 metres — you take on so much of it that you end up with a feeling close to being drunk, known as nitrogen narcosis, which can make you lose control.
