What is water skiing?
The water skiingasks for quick reflexes and good balance. The idea of skimming across the water at speed on a pair of narrow skis, throwing in tricks along the way, tells you most of what you need to know about how good it feels.
It is a sport in which skiers hold on to a rope , barefoot or on one or two skis, and glide across the water, towed by motorboats doing around 56 km/h.
