On GoRandom, or “the surprise activity in the Basque Country”, as we also like to call ourselves, has been going for a while now, looking for a way to make the surprise start the moment you press the buy button. Along the way — easier and more rewarding some of the time, harder now and then — we have had support from Zitek, Bilbao Ekintza and iETeam Consultores. But one of the moments that gave us most reason to keep going was making the podium at the Think Big awards.
Think Big, now in its tenth year, recognises ideas from young entrepreneurs and supports them in developing their projects. In 2019 twenty-four projects were entered, and GoRandom was one of the four winners. We found out at the ceremony at the Bilbao School of Engineering — a genuine surprise for the whole team.
